14-day returns

You have 14 days after delivery to return an unused piece in its original condition and packaging.

How to return a piece

Write to us through our contact page with your order number and the piece you want to return. We reply within 2 business days with the return address and the steps. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the piece arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the piece is back and checked, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Damaged, defective or incorrect item

Write to us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We replace or refund the piece at no cost to you.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care products (such as deodorant) cannot be returned.
